I’m sure you are aware but out of curiosity do you have any Xbox or PS4/5 controllers you could use?

I think Apple may have basically abandoned the idea of making something of gaming on the ATV. Non MFI controller compatibility may have been added in anticipation of removing the gyro from the new remote so that existing games wouldn’t be completely SoL. Though you have to wonder how many people who own late-gen consoles would be in the market for tvOS games.
